Build on AWS. Put it to work for your mission.

Connect scattered data, automate everyday work, and bring your next service into use.

We build and operate healthcare products. We bring that firsthand experience to data, AI and cloud projects for mission-driven organizations—with a practical path to deployment and a clear view of ongoing costs.

Build something your team can keep running.

Our guidance comes from building and operating our own products, as well as delivering systems for clients. We help you define, build and support a focused project on AWS.

Let’s discuss your project →
  1. We help you choose where to start.

Agree on the users, workflow and outcome that matter most, then define a useful first release and a path to production.

  2. We design around what you already have.

We assess your systems and data, then define the scope and architecture to connect or extend them.

  3. We make the costs clear.

Plan implementation, cloud services, AI usage, maintenance and support—including the period after any available credits end.

  4. Prepare for production and ongoing support.

Define access, monitoring, human oversight and operational ownership, with a rollout plan your organization can sustain.

We’ll help you understand what eligible support may cover and what you would pay. AWS credits and implementation funding are separate and subject to approval.

TOOLS TO DRIVE YOUR MISSION FORWARD

Put your data to work.

Connect the information you already have, build AI agents on that foundation, and help people reach the right support. Start with a problem your team recognizes.

Data foundation

Unify fragmented databases, documents and operational data in a secure AWS environment ready for analytics, automation and AI.

AI agents and workflows

Use approved data to prepare tasks, coordinate scheduling and run defined workflows, with permissions, review checkpoints and people in control.

Customer contact centers

Use Amazon Connect for routine requests, routing and human handoff. Connect the information your team needs to respond.

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

What could you build next?

Choose a practical project, then plan how your team will use, operate and sustain it. These examples are starting points—not prepackaged solutions.

ABARTYS BUILD LAB · CONCEPT 01
Databases, documents, spreadsheets and APIs flowing into one protected cloud data lake.

A secure data foundation

Connect program, learner and operational data in a governed AWS environment, with access controls and reporting shaped around your decisions.

WHAT THIS ENABLES · One governed source of truth
ABARTYS BUILD LAB · CONCEPT 02
A person asks an assistant a question; the answer connects to source documents in a secure knowledge library.

AI agents grounded in your data

Use approved information to prepare tasks and coordinate workflows across systems, with clear permissions and human review.

WHAT THIS ENABLES · Less manual coordination, with people in control
ABARTYS BUILD LAB · CONCEPT 03
Intake flows through automated checks, a human approval checkpoint, then completion.

A connected customer contact center

Help people find answers and reach the right team with Amazon Connect, routine self-service and clear escalation to human support.

WHAT THIS ENABLES · A clearer route from request to support
ABARTYS BUILD LAB · CONCEPT 04
A team turns a roadmap sketch into an accessible laptop and phone application used by a community member.

Connected resources and delivery

Connect inventory, demand and distribution data—for example, across food-bank operations—and route shortages or exceptions for review.

WHAT THIS ENABLES · Visibility into what is available and what is needed
ABARTYS BUILD LAB · CONCEPT 05
Older servers transition along a secure migration path into a streamlined cloud serving people.

A cloud modernization project

Assess which workloads should move or modernize, then define monitoring, support and cost controls for production.

WHAT THIS ENABLES · A foundation built to scale

REAL-WORLD IMPACT

More of the budget for the mission.

For James River Greyhounds, a donation-funded animal rescue in Virginia, we replaced an expensive phone service with an AWS system the nonprofit owns.

James River Greyhounds

Its legacy phone and answering service cost more than $500 a month and mixed general and emergency calls. We built an Amazon Connect phone menu and voicemail-to-volunteer system, with email and SMS notifications, in the nonprofit’s own AWS account.

Monthly telephony costs fell by more than 90%, to $40–50. The organization kept its number, gained a dedicated emergency route and owns the system in its AWS account.

Different missions. Practical results.

Baby Abrazo

Families and educators needed accessible brain-health research. We built a bilingual AWS assistant with source citations and guardrails in eight weeks. It is now in its second beta with families and clinicians.

Caribbean Produce Exchange

Orders arrived across disconnected channels. We replaced the legacy phone system with Amazon Connect, live since August 2025. An AI ordering platform is in design, with human review before orders reach the ERP.

ASPPR

Lab results were scattered across 22 community clinics. We built a secure AWS data platform that gives the association daily chronic-disease visibility across a network serving 115,000 patients a year.

PLAN YOUR NEXT STEP

Understand which AWS support options may fit.

Depending on your use case and stage, AWS funding programs or cloud credits may help support your project. We can help you explore the relevant options and plan implementation and ongoing costs—including after credits end.

Discuss your project and funding options

Match the support to the project.

We can discuss support for validation, migration and modernization, or AI deployment. The appropriate route depends on your workload, readiness and execution plan.

Plan for real-world operation.

Bring your roadmap. Together, we can identify what is ready to deploy, what still needs testing, and the budget and ownership needed to sustain the service.

AWS service credits and implementation funding are different. Eligibility, availability and approval apply; neither is guaranteed, and neither should be assumed to cover every cost.
