Baby Abrazo
Families and educators needed accessible, trustworthy brain-health information. We built a bilingual AWS assistant grounded in research, with citations and guardrails. Delivered in eight weeks, it is now in its second beta with families and clinicians.
MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS
PharmPix
PharmPix needed bilingual member support without an in-house cloud team. We built and operate its Amazon Connect contact centre with operational analytics. In production since June 2026, it handles over 30,000 calls a month.

Researchers needed usable lab data for Hispanic populations underrepresented in clinical research. We delivered standardized, de-identified datasets with study-specific governance, supporting NIH-funded work on population-specific clinical benchmarks.
