Abartys Health is a health-tech startup based out of Puerto Rico dedicated to innovative healthcare data management solutions via a centralized data hub that allows for increased medical record portability, universal patient identification and population health analytics.
Since 2016, Abartys mission has been to solve the breakdowns in healthcare with simple, smart and secure healthcare data management solutions for patients, doctors, insurers and lifescience.
Most recently, we have created a cloud-based healthcare analytics platform that transforms aggregated clinical data into actionable insights, monitors patient journeys in real time and finds patients at risk to help providers close gaps in care.
